Long hair care tips
Do you have hair problems like hair loss or split hairs?
Some hair care tips for you girls:
1.Hair wash frequency-
I suggest you to wash your hair at-least two times a week. The sweat sediments in your scalps has to be removed regularly. Use organic shampoo or shikakai(A natural hair wash paste). Don't use heavy dose shampoos. Always dilute the shampoo before you apply on your hair. Dry your hair naturally in air after little towel drying.
2. Hair oiling frequency-
I suggest you to oil your hair two or three times in a week. Oil helps your hair to maintain its gloss and shine. If you skip oiling your hair is vulnerable to become dry and breakable. I suggest you to oil your hair well before the day of hair wash. Remember to sleep on a towel so that you may not spoil your pillows with oil lolz. But use high quality coconut oil. Massage your hair with ample amount of oil from the scalp till the ends.
3. Hair Combing Tips-
I suggest you to comb once a day at-most twice. Too much of combing stretches the hair and it is not good for hair health. Traditional Indian girls used to comb in morning and once in evening. Prefer wide toothed comb if your hair is tangled to remove knots. Don't ever comb when the hair is wet because the wet hair is so thin and delegate. Its easily breakable.
There is no specific style which is "The Best". You have to make it according to the situation and culture around your place. Indian girls prefer to braid their hair. Braid is the best style to make to maintain long hair healthy. Loose long hair style is capable to loss it gloss and health when you expose it in sun daily. While sleeping I suggest you to let your hair loose or make it as bun.
